No key at all? Still not a tow.
Every key gone is the job people assume needs a dealer and a flatbed. It does not. We originate a new key at the car, program it to the immobilizer, and you drive away.

We pull the key code or decode the lock, cut a blade that turns the ignition or door, then pair a new transponder or smart key to the vehicle's immobilizer so it will actually start. Both halves matter — a key that turns but will not start is a key that has been cut and not programmed.
Most vehicles are 45 to 90 minutes on site. Some makes hold a security wait period before a new key can be added, which is a fixed delay built into the car, not us working slowly. If yours is one of them, we tell you the number before we start.
Photo ID and proof the vehicle is yours — registration, title, or insurance card in your name. Every job, no exceptions. If the car is not registered to you, the registered owner has to authorize it directly.
No. The work happens where the car is parked — driveway, street, lot, or roadside.
Yes. Smart keys are originated and programmed the same way, and all-keys-lost on push-to-start is routine work.
The dealer route adds a tow and usually an appointment days out. We are the same job without either.
