When the immobilizer module itself is the problem — replaced, corrupted, or locked to another car — a key alone will not fix it. This is where most calls get handed off. We take them.

It needs equipment and knowledge beyond key cutting, and it carries real risk if done wrong. Plenty of mobile locksmiths do not carry the tooling and will not attempt it. That is a legitimate limit — it is just not ours.
Some module work is genuinely dealer-only or needs a manufacturer security code with a lead time. When your vehicle is in that category, you get told on the phone rather than after we have spent an hour in your driveway.
